Job description

Job Title: Professional - Export Coordinator
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Neenah, WI (onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 months

Job Description:

  • Position is estimated for 6 months with the possibility to extend, but not guaranteed. The team is also considering IF this could be a possible temp-to-hire situation (seeking someone who wants to be here longer-term).
  • Person will be at a desk majority of their day, but need to be onsite to be on the floor with the warehousing team as needed to assist. Mostly dealing with international customers but folks internal to client.
  • The team they'd be working with onsite is a team of 4, person may be working independently often. But seeking someone who is the type to ask for additional job duties/projects, going out of their way to take on additional work not someone waiting to be given directions.
  • Someone who has worked in a previous Global role would be the best fit= anyone who was in a carrier or logistics type role for a global company having knowledge of shipping materials/products.


Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
  • Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors and other sources
  • Ensure all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties
  • Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements

Skills:

  • Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work accurately and independently in fast paced environment while meeting established metrics
    • 100% daily shipping deadlines
    • Initial customer response within 24 hours
    • One or less customer service related claim/month
  • Previous success as customer service, logistics or procurement operations associates are typically good candidates

  • Tentative Pricing
  • Capability and adaptability to assume complete export responsibilities to enable seamless coverage by providing flow-to-the-work and back-up support
    • KTW to KTE Shipments
    • Sales Order Entry (all countries)
    • Support of Quoting and Alternative Sourcing
    • Customer Initiated Claims and Repairs Research/Resolution
    • Other export related activities as requested
