As a Director, Technical Program Manager, you will lead technical program management for a team, overseeing technical strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and ensure successful program execution. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical program strategies and roadmaps to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements and solutions.
  • Develop and manage technical program budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
  • Identify and mitigate technical program risks, ensuring successful delivery and minimal impact on business operations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong background in software development and technical leadership.
