Position Summary:

The Federal Accounts VA Program Director is responsible formanaging a team ofVeterans Affairs (VA) Key Account Managers (KAMs) who engage with key VA/VISN accounts. This role provides client program management and VA KAM leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and optimizing the performance of the VA KAM team. The VA KAM Program Director serves as the primary point of accountability for the team's success. The Program Director will successfully partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Federal VA Key Account Managers (KAMs) to achieve sales performance and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with client leadership to develop and implement team strategies to align with company objectives and VA key account engagement priorities.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team coaching sessions to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Ensure VA Federal KAM activities and account strategies are executed effectively and in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with client and Amplity senior leadership to set goals, define priorities, and create strategic plans for key account engagement.
  • Oversee the development and execution of account plans created by Federal VA KAMs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze team performance metrics, market data, and competitive intelligence to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders within key accounts to strengthen partnerships and optimize collaboration.
  • Represent the company in high-level discussions with VA key accounts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry stakeholders to establish credibility and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize CRM tools and other reporting platforms to monitor team performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports and presentations on team progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Ensure all activities conducted by the Federal Account VA KAM team are fully compliant with regulatory guidelines, corporate policies, and ethical standards.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the VA KAM team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, master's degree a plus dermatology and or biologics experience a plus

Substantial pharmaceutical leadership and key account VA hospital, VISN experience

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.

Proficiency in CRM tools, data reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Deep awareness of VA, healthcare regulations, formulary processes, and access dynamics within VA/VISNS key accounts

Ability to travel weekly as needed

Technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, digital meeting platforms

Valid driver's license with safe driving record required

Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training
