Job Description

The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising daily production operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role oversees production employees, monitors workflow, maintains quality standards, and ensures production schedules are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Essential Duties
  • Supervise and direct production employees to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Assign work, monitor performance, and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve operations.
  • Review production data, identify process improvements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
  • Promote teamwork, employee engagement, and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
