In this position, you will lead and support daily production operations while partnering closely with employees to drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement efforts. You will play a key role in fostering a positive team environment, supporting employee development, and helping move Hydro-Gear forward through strong leadership, communication, and accountability.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and supporting production team members in a fast-paced environment.
