The Technical Product Manager is responsible for translating treasury, payments, and commercial banking business needs into clear technology solutions, product direction, and executable delivery plans. This role serves as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, treasury product teams, operations, engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and delivery teams. 

The Technical Product Manager will own intake, discovery, prioritization, backlog management, and solution shaping activities across assigned treasury and payment domains. This role is expected to drive clarity, reduce ambiguity, improve execution readiness, and ensure technology investments align with enterprise strategy, operational needs, client experience expectations, and regulatory requirements. 


  • Partner with treasury management, payments, operations, and technology leaders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, client needs, and growth opportunities. 
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned to business priorities, payment modernization efforts, operational resiliency goals, and enterprise technology strategy. 
  • Understand payment lifecycle processing, settlement workflows, exception handling, reconciliation, cutoff windows, sanctions screening, and operational support requirements. 
  • Support modernization initiatives involving APIs, file transmission, ERP integrations, host-to-host connectivity, ISO 20022 readiness, and digital treasury transformation. 
  • Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders, technical teams, architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, operations, and vendors. 
  • Serve as a key liaison between treasury business teams and technology delivery organizations. 
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and timely decisions. 
  • Build trusted relationships across business, operations, technology, and control functions. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Systems Analysis, Technology Delivery, Treasury Technology, Payments Technology, or related roles. 
  • Experience supporting treasury management, payments, commercial banking, cash management, or financial services technology platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of payment rails including ACH, wires, SWIFT, RTP, FedNow, and related operational workflows. 
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology teams including application development, QA, infrastructure, architecture, information security, operations, and vendors. 
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, backlog management, requirements definition, and release planning. 
  • • Ability to translate complex business and operational needs into actionable technical requirements and delivery-ready work. 
  • Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Comfortable operating in a regulated, governance-driven environment. 

Key Success Measures 

  • Technology initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and execution-ready before entering delivery. 
  • Treasury and payments stakeholders have strong visibility into priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery status. 
  • Product backlogs and roadmaps are aligned to enterprise strategy, operational priorities, and client experience objectives. 
  • Cross-functional dependencies and operational impacts are identified and managed early. 
  • Solutions are delivered with strong operational readiness, resiliency, and governance alignment.

The base pay range for this position is USD $130,000.00/Yr. - USD $230,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
