Job description

We are seeking an MBA Intern to support our search fund's deal sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence efforts in the education sector. You will gain hands-on experience in the full acquisition lifecycle and have the option to take on an operator role post-acquisition.
Responsibilities
  • Source and evaluate education-focused acquisition opportunities, particularly in tutoring and learning center franchises.
  • Lead financial analysis, valuations, and due diligence.
  • Negotiate and execute transactions.
  • Transition into operational leadership post-close.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies, including multi-unit expansion and operational optimization.

Requirements
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial modeling and deal execution skills.
