JOB SUMMARY:

The Associate Technical Product Manager will support the execution of product initiatives, system integrations, and ongoing platform enhancements. This role is ideal for someone who has a background in Business, Computer science, Information Systems or a related field who is interested in building a career at the intersection of product, technology, and system integration.

This role is designed as a hybrid of analytical and execution support: the Associate Technical Product Manager helps shape what gets built by translating business needs into structured, build-ready requirements, and ensures delivery quality through backlog management, UAT coordination, and documentation. This position offers hands on exposure to technical product workflows, cross functional collaboration and end to end lifecycle support, working closely with senior product leadership, engineering teams, and external vendors to implement integrations, support product updates, and ensure the smooth operation of interconnected systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support end-to-end execution of product updates, enhancements, and release activities across clinical, and operational platforms in a regulated home care environment

Work with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications

Assist in the development, maintenance, and ongoing refinement of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), feature briefs, and supporting documentation.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process improvements across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.

Coordinate with external vendors and third-party partners on integration workflows

Support product planning, backlog management, and sprint readiness activities through Jira, ClickUp, and other project management tools.

Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), system validation, defect tracking, and issue resolution; document test results, defect logs, and release notes to support successful product releases.

Support senior product leadership in tracking initiative status, open action items, and cross-functional deliverables across active workstreams

Help ensure data accuracy, system consistency, and proper configuration validation across integrated platforms

Support adherence to HIPAA requirements, data governance standards, and internal compliance controls throughout all product and system change activities

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to understand technical systems and integration workflows

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Internship or academic project experience in product, systems, operations, or technology preferred

Exposure to APIs, SaaS platforms, or system integrations preferred

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp or similar platforms preferred

Interest in technical product management, systems, or product operations preferred

Compensation Range

Salary: up to $75,000-$110,000 Annually
