We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Role Type: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Full-Time, Exempt</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Location: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Remote</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Schedule: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility</span></p> <p><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $98,719 - $123,399 USD per year</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct user, customer, and market research to inform product strategy, translating insights into prioritized roadmaps and technical initiatives</li> <li>Evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, architecture considerations, and engineering capacity</li> <li>Lead the discovery, planning, and delivery of complex technical initiatives, including enterprise system integrations, API-driven solutions, cloud-native applications, and customer facing capabilities</li> <li>Own and continuously refine the product backlog by developing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, and supporting documentation within JIRA and Confluence</li> <li>Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technical solutions, evaluate tradeoffs, and ensure alignment between product strategy and scalable system design</li> <li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to maximize team effectiveness and predictable delivery</li> <li>Drive cross-functional execution by proactively managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams and initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, UX, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions</li> <li>Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical requirements while advocating for engineering best practices and long term platform health</li> <li>Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and coordinate testing strategies with QA to ensure production readiness for new features, integrations, and platform enhancements</li> <li>Support end-to-end testing, QA, and validation for technical implementations and system integrations</li> <li>Define and monitor product success metrics, leveraging analytics and customer feedback to measure business outcomes, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive continuous improvement.
