  • Analyze large data sets to identify patterns, outliers, and opportunities for correction.
  • Create and manage adjustment packages to resolve identified issues.
  • Support ongoing data accuracy initiatives within the company's ERP/MRP system.
Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) Coordination
  • Own and administer the company's CAPA log and Production Issue Ticket system.
  • Assign issues to the appropriate personnel and establish target completion dates.
  • Monitor progress, follow up on open actions, and maintain accurate records.

  • Escalate overdue items when necessary to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Generate reports and metrics related to quality and corrective action performance.
Documentation & Process Support
  • Support the development and maintenance of engineering and production documentation.
  • Assist with document control activities, including revision tracking and record organization.
  • Help improve processes related to engineering data flow, quality documentation, and operational consistency.
  • Support special projects involving data cleanup, process improvement, and system implementation.
