Job description

Position Summary

This role supports the Installation Operations Manager by producing operational analytics, reporting, and coordination activities that enable effective execution across the Installation Services organization. This role works closely with field leadership, shared services teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and timely delivery of operational and financial insights.

What You'll Do as an Operations Analyst
  • Prepares andmaintainrecurring operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards supporting Regional and Zone-level performance reviews.
  • Collects,validates, andconsolidatesdata related to installation activity, backlog, capacity, and operational performance.
  • Assists in tracking backlog, margin performance, and forecast inputs in coordination with the Installation Operations Manager and Finance
  • Supports basic trend analysis and data preparation used in financial reviews and planning discussions.
  • Maintainsoperational Installation documentation, standard work, reporting tools, and process references used by Installation Services teams within electronic sites and shared folders.
  • Supports process audits and ensure updates are reflected in shared electronic workspaces and reporting tools.
  • Coordinates with shared services teams including Training, Customer Operations, Quality, Safety, Risk Management, and Sales/Service Support to track requests, documentation, and deliverables.
  • Assistswith certification, credentialing, and compliance trackingrequiredfor installation operations across states and regions.
  • Provides ad hoc operational and analytical support to the Installation Operations Manager and Installation leadership as needed.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations, coordination, analytics, or administrative support role

Preferred:

  • Prior STERIS experience working with STERIS products, teams, or field operations is preferred.
  • Understanding how construction sites or healthcare facilities operate.
  • Familiarity with Sterile Processing Departments or medical/AV capital equipment.
  • Prior work experience navigating STERIS software platforms (e.g., Siebel, Sales Connection)

Other:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools
  • Ability to work across teams, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Pay range for this opportunity is$59,075.00-$76,450.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
