Job Summary:
Medix Infusion is a healthcare company specializing in infusion therapy, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare solutions. The Implementation Project Manager will oversee all aspects of custom project cycles, ensuring deliverables and milestones are met while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develops custom project plans to ensure the successful completion of unique needs and deliverables within specified timelines.
โ€ข Leads project meetings; identifies, documents, and prioritizes scope changes and facilitates approval process; maintains and updates all project documents.
โ€ข Provides strategic and customized support in planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking activities related to vendor implementations.
โ€ข Collaborates with various departments within the company and directly engage with clients and/or vendors during the implementation process.
โ€ข Collaborates and negotiates with both internal and external stakeholders as needed to keep the implementation healthy and on-track.
โ€ข Presents and negotiates resource conflicts with top management to ensure smooth project execution.
โ€ข Serves as a resource to other project managers and department leaders, offering support in solving complex problems and leading larger projects.
โ€ข Coordinates and tracks technology project resources, assets, and schedules to ensure timely project outcomes.
โ€ข Maintains project plans, oversee deliverables, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
โ€ข Gathers necessary information for successful implementation completion.
โ€ข Coordinates with assigned staff for equipment installation and handle any escalations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry.
โ€ข Prior experience as a full-cycle project manager.
โ€ข Experience in system/platform transitions, migrations, and implementations.
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Healthcare, IT, Management, Business, or equivalent job experience.
โ€ข Competent in use of company email and Microsoft Teams as means of communication, accessing the company website to view company policies.
โ€ข Competent in the use of company self-service payroll software (time and attendance, benefits, pay statements).
โ€ข Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Visio, and the ability to navigate Internet Explorer.
โ€ข Proficient in typing, word processing (Microsoft Outlook/Express, Word, Excel), and familiar with office equipment.
โ€ข Proficient in the use of project management tools such as ClickUp, WorkZone, Gantt charts, Trello or other project management software and tools.
Preferred:
โ€ข PMP certification preferred.
