Overview
As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex, customer-facing enterprise SaaS implementations for top-tier airlines. You will own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction. 
 
This role requires strong, proactive critical-path project management, excellent scope control, and a hands-on approach. You will work closely with customer and internal teams to plan, execute, and control implementations while maintaining strong, trusted client relationships. Given the scale and impact of our enterprise B2B (and B2B2C) software, your work will directly influence customer outcomes and long-term partnerships. 
 
This is a fast-paced, demanding role. To succeed, you must be comfortable leading without authority, navigating competing priorities, and driving alignment across organizations. 
About You
  • Project Management & Technical Capability 
  • Experience delivering customer-facing enterprise SaaS implementations; comfortable owning scope, schedule, and outcomes.  
  • Understand software delivery and agile development well enough to challenge assumptions, estimates, and scope.  
  • Hands-on and comfortable using common project tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, Jira). 
 
  • Communication 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Communicate clearly and directly with both customers and internal teams.  
  • Comfortable presenting status, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned. 
 
  • Ownership & Follow-Through 
  • Take full responsibility for project delivery.  
  • Willing and able to dig into details, solve problems, and follow through on commitments with minimal oversight.  
  • Work hard and are comfortable operating in a demanding role with high visibility.  
  • Flexibility with working hours to support key milestones across time zones; our customers are global and this is critical to our mutual success.

Skills and Experience
  • 10+ years of progressive project management experience.  
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations, including systems integration.  
  • Completed undergraduate degree in business or information technology or project management, with outstanding academic credentials 
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining solid relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues to foster collaboration, loyalty, and a positive work environment 
  • Proven capacity to lead, with the ability to motivate and guide teams, foster collaboration and drive success in achieving organizational objectives 
  • Foundational understanding of important enterprise software technologies, such as connectivity & security models (e.g. VPN, SSO/IdP integration), message queueing systems (e.g.Kafka, WMQ), APIs, etc. 
  • Extensive experience working in cross-functional groups, leading requirements elicitation and estimation.  
  • Relentless commitment to delivery timelines and quality standards. Exhibits assertiveness and the ability to lead and influence others who are not direct reports.   
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan and clearly communicate a plan to others.  
  • Able to adapt to unexpected changes, adjust the plan, and help others adjust without becoming overly frustrated  
  • Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required provided you are willing and able to learn

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options. The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.
