Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the first phase of a large-scale patient monitoring technology standardization initiative across multiple healthcare facilities.

The Project Manager will play a critical role during the first year of the program by establishing governance structures, developing and managing the implementation roadmap, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and driving project execution. The ideal candidate excels in navigating complex healthcare environments, managing ambiguity, and building partnerships across clinical, operational, supply chain, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of a multi-site patient monitoring technology implementation program.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder communication plans.

• Coordinate efforts across clinical, operational, supply chain, biomedical engineering, IT, and vendor teams.

• Facilitate executive and operational meetings to drive alignment and decision-making.

• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, and barriers.

• Support testing, training, deployment, and adoption activities as required.

• Create sustainable operational processes and transition plans to support ongoing program management after initial implementation.

• Manage vendor relationships, including coordination with Philips representatives and project resources.

• Clarify project scope, priorities, and dependencies in an evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare environment leading complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders with competing priorities.

• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

• Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward in dynamic environments.

• Experience working within healthcare organizations, including collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders.

• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations.

• Familiarity with patient monitoring systems or clinical bedside technologies.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $72.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
