Position Summary
The Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
  • Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
  • Consult and identify solutions for client's specific requirements
  • Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client's implementation
  • Manage change and client expectations effectively
  • Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
  • Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting.
  • PMP Certification is preferred
  • Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus.
  • Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
  • Experience with project management tools required.
  • Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems.
  • Knowledge about extended medical terminology required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
