- Manage project documentation, including Statements of Work, project plans, status reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support change management planning and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and improve project processes and best practices for migrations and managed service implementations.
- Coordinate training and knowledge sharing between technical teams.
- Utilize corporate project management tools to manage resources, tasks, and project lifecycles.
- Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks, documentation standards, and quality expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Minimum of 5 years of project coordination, project management, or scheduling experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to solve problems, manage deadlines, and build strong client relationships.
