Description:Is this you?

You’re someone who genuinely likes working with people — not just checking tasks off a list, but actually helping clients feel confident and taken care of. You’re organized, curious about how things work from the beginning stages of the plan design and set up, and you like the idea of building real expertise in a field that matters: helping businesses offer retirement benefits that change people’s lives.

What you’ll do here

As a Client Implementation Specialist, you will oversee the onboarding of new client engagements (both start-up plans and conversions) from initial communications immediately following sales to internal handoff to service team. • Complete the setup of new start-ups and transfer/conversion plans from start to finish

• Set up and/or review the plan in PensionPro and oversee plan documents production and recordkeeper set ups to ensure targets with service delivery are met

• Communicate with advisors and plan sponsors as the single point of contact, ensure that the initial welcome package and calls/emails are performed timely with each newly engaged plan

• Maintain communication with record-keeper/advisor partners regarding status of new accounts

• Work with the recordkeeper to schedule the plan transfer, ensure for startups that the proper initial contribution start date is appropriate or guide the client to allow for more cushion to mitigate compliance issues

• Assist with plan design and general setup questions and act as a facilitator to support the client with necessary training or support provided by the chosen recordkeeper

• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing distinctive service in all interactions

• Continually look for opportunities and make recommendations to improve product, delivery, and overall experience

• Archive client information and correspondence in an organized manner consistent with firm practices

• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365

• Maintain accurate client records in PensionPro

• Update internal workflow systems to reflect client activity

• Coordinate with Finance on billing and receivables

Requirements:

• 0–3+ years of experience in retirement plan or client services
