Job description

Our Mission

Reflection’s mission is to build open superintelligence and make it accessible to all.

We’re developing open weight models for individuals, agents, enterprises, and even nation states. Our team of AI researchers and company builders come from DeepMind, OpenAI, Google Brain, Meta, Character.AI, Anthropic and beyond.

Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Engagement Manager to drive the adoption of Reflection’s technology across enterprises. You will own the end-to-end AI deployment lifecycle, from identifying high-value use cases to driving organizational change and scaled adoption. This role blends strategic advisory with hands-on deployment leadership, working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, AI-fluent, and energized by bringing structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

What You’ll Do
  • Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements. Work alongside Solutions Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers to structure strategic engagements, drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) that outline scope, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Enable Forward Deployed Engineers during project delivery by navigating organizational complexity and facilitating access to customer subject-matter experts, systems, and data.
  • Manage customer relationships by maintaining a regular cadence with executive sponsors and technical leads, while surfacing issues and celebrating wins.
  • Lead delivery operations, including sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting. Translate technical complexity into executive-level updates.
  • Support technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements and inform engagement design.
  • Support enterprise on-boarding processes by coordinating Reflection's teams to manage security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement processes with account executives.
  • Manage scope and change requests, setting clear expectations and negotiating contract modifications when necessary.
  • Capture customer feedback to inform our research and product development priorities.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist within consulting, technology, or enterprise software.
  • A proven track record of delivering complex technical projects to large enterprise customers.
  • High technical acumen with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience navigating large organizations.
  • You are energized by ambiguity and have the ability to drive organizational change, guiding customers from initial concept to full-scale adoption.
What We Offer:

We believe that to build superintelligence that is truly open, you need to start at the foundation. Joining Reflection means building from the ground up as part of a small talent-dense team. You will help define our future as a company, and help define the frontier of open foundational models.

We want you to do the most impactful work of your career with the confidence that you and the people you care about most are supported.

  • Top-tier compensation: Salary and equity structured to recognize and retain the best talent globally.
  • Health & wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Life & family: Fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including adoptive and surrogate journeys. Financial support for family planning.
  • Benefits & balance: paid time off when you need it, relocation support, and more perks that optimize your time.
  • Opportunities to connect with teammates: lunch and dinner are provided daily. We have regular off-sites and team celebrations.
