  • Position Type:

    We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative design environment, values precision and quality in technical drawings, and wants to contribute to the development and execution of design projects.
    We are seeking a full-time Drafter with strong experience in shop drawings and construction detailing to join our design team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in producing accurate technical drawings and documentation used for fabrication, permitting, and construction.
    This role requires someone who can translate design concepts into clear and precise technical documentation, while understanding construction methods and maintaining strong communication with the design team.
    Key Responsibilities
    •  Prepare shop drawings and detailed construction drawings 
    •  Develop technical documentation required for permits and on-site construction 
    •  Produce floor plans, layouts, and furniture plans 
    •  Prepare schedules and finish documentation 
    •  Assist in the development of construction details and design documentation 
    •  Coordinate drawings with the design team to ensure accuracy and constructability 
    •  Support the team with technical drawing packages for projects 
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    •  Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 
    •  Experience with Adobe Illustrator 
    •  Strong experience creating shop drawings and technical documentation 
    •  Familiarity with electrical plans, layouts, and construction drawings 
    •  Experience with floor plans, furniture plans, and finish schedules 
    •  Understanding of construction methods and detailing 
    •  Strong attention to detail 
    •  Good communication and teamwork skills 
    •  Degree in Architecture or related field
