Our work is driven by thoughtful design, technical excellence, and a commitment to creating exceptional homes tailored to each client's vision. We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our collaborative team and contribute to projects from concept through construction.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an Architectural Technologist with 3–5 years of Canadian experience who excels at producing accurate, highly detailed technical drawing packages for custom residential projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of residential construction, exceptional technical drafting skills, and meticulous attention to detail. You'll work closely with our architects and interior designers to transform design concepts into coordinated, construction-ready drawings that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawing packages for custom residential projects
  • Develop plans, elevations, sections, construction details, schedules, and permit drawings
  • Assist with design development throughout all phases of a project
  • Coordinate drawings with interior designers, structural engineers, mechanical consultants, and other project stakeholders
  • Revise drawings based on client feedback, consultant coordination, and municipal review comments
  • Ensure drawings comply with the Ontario Building Code and applicable municipal requirements
  • Produce presentation drawings and 3D visualizations as required
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional quality standards

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of Canadian experience producing detailed technical drawings for custom residential projects
  • Demonstrated experience preparing accurate permit and construction drawing packages
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, detailing, and the Ontario Building Code
  • Exceptional technical drafting skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating drawings with structural, mechanical, and other consultants
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Preferred Experience
