Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales, Estimating & Drawing Manager with strong management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in TurboCAD. This individual will oversee sales and estimating operations, create and review technical drawings, and ensure projects are accurately executed from concept through completion.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales and estimating team
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements and provide accurate quotes
  • Prepare and review cost estimates, technical drawings, and related documentation
  • Create or modify detailed TurboCAD drawings for customer approval and production
  • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Track project progress and report on sales performance
Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience in sales, estimating, or manufacturing
  • Proficient in TurboCAD (experience with other CAD software is a plus)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Background in enclosure manufacturing, sheet metal, or fabrication preferred
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment
Required Experience:

  • 3–5 years of management experience in a sales, estimating, or manufacturing setting
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience creating and editing TurboCAD drawings

  • Demonstrated success in customer communication, quoting, and project coordination
