Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Account Manager located in Lemont, IL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing landscape projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include planning and executing landscaping projects, coordinating with teams and vendors, managing budgets, and resolving customer concerns. The role also involves maintaining client satisfaction by reviewing progress and ensuring projects meet deadlines and design expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, Budget Management, and Scheduling
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Client Service skills
  • Knowledge of Landscape Design and Maintenance, including familiarity with outdoor design trends
  • Experience in coordinating with vendors and teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
  • Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred
