Job description

Are you passionate about design and helping people create beautiful outdoor living spaces? Sunnyland Outdoor Living is always on the lookout for talented, customer-oriented sales professionals who know what it takes to deliver an exceptional experience from the first hello to the final delivery.


Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a commission-based pay plan with a guaranteed weekly income. Typical earnings range from $55,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build relationships with customers and guide them through product selection and design ideas
  • Provide expert knowledge of materials, layouts, and brand features
  • Help maintain the showroom’s appearance and ensure merchandise is tagged and displayed beautifully
  • Process orders, schedule deliveries, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay current on outdoor design trends, products, and seasonal offerings


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably home furnishings, luxury retail, or design-related fields)
  • A strong sense of customer service and follow-through
  • Basic knowledge with Outlook, Word, Excel, and tablets
  • A background or interest in design is a plus
  • Weekend and summer holiday availability required
  • Reliable transportation and a self-driven mindset


Schedule

Weekends are our busiest time - availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
