Team Overview:

The IT Support Analyst provides virtual and in-person support to users for technology-related issues concerning hardware, software applications, and the network environment, serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting and resolution.

What You Will Do:
  • Monitor the help desk queue and perform first-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution for on-site and remote users
  • Set up and decommission user accounts across network domain, Exchange, CRM, and phone systems
  • Build, configure, and image laptop and desktop computers, including user profile creation, returned equipment reimaging, and inventory management.
  • Apply patches, perform software and hardware upgrades, and troubleshoot and resolve OS issues
  • Troubleshoot and maintain printers, copiers, and plotters
  • Perform backup and restore operations
  • Desk workstation set up and tear down, computer hardware inventory management
  • Manage shipping and receiving of computer equipment and peripherals
  • Set up, support, and troubleshoot audio/video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms and at corporate events
  • Assist with server and infrastructure support as needed
What You Will Bring:
  • Typically requires 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience, including help desk, desktop support, and hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and Intune/Autopilot/MDM solutions
  • Experience with Mac and HP desktops/laptops
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in-person, on the phone or via email
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, both on-site and remotely
Compensation and Benefits:

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $63,750- $90,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. US based employees have access to healthcare benefits; a 401(k) plan and company match among others.
