Reporting directly to the CFO, this hands-on leadership position oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, cash management, payroll support, and team development. What You'll Do
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, cash management, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and audit support.
  • Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and develop accounting staff while maintaining strong internal controls, compliance standards, and process improvements.
