Executive Assistant
We are hiring an Executive Legal Assistant to manage daily operations at our Chicago location. This role requires a master organizer who thrives on fast-paced variety. You will drive administrative workflows, anticipate executive needs, and keep our legal team moving forward.
Candidates should be currently based in Chicago to be considered for this role
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations.
  • Help develop consistent templates for office use and format presentations for the Managing Attorney.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for administrative needs.
  • Maintain a high-functioning workspace through smart organization, supply management, and essential errand coordination.
  • Bring team members together by planning inclusive internal celebrations and cultural milestones.
  • Handle daily office logistics and ad-hoc tasks with a proactive, "no task too small" mindset.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • (2-4) years of office management or administrative experience required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience handling heavy, high-volume scheduling
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, including IT and operations
  • Legal experience is not required
