As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a Lead Financial Advisor who thrives on building relationships and helping prospects make confident financial decisions. You'll meet with qualified prospects generated by our marketing team, uncover what matters most to them, communicate the value of our planning process, and guide them through becoming a client.
You won't initially be expected to build complex financial plans or perform detailed investment analysis. Instead, you'll focus on what you do bestโ€”creating trust, delivering an exceptional client experience, and confidently closing new business.
What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • Build meaningful relationships with qualified prospective clients and earn their trust.
  • Lead consultative conversations that uncover each client's goals, concerns, and priorities.
  • Clearly communicate the firm's philosophy, planning process, and recommendations in a way that inspires confidence.
  • Guide prospective clients through the decision-making process and confidently ask for their business.
  • Address questions and objections with professionalism and empathy.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from the first meeting through onboarding.
  • Prepare and review client paperwork and ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and firm sales goals.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • 1+ years of financial industry sales, wealth management, relationship management, or consultative sales experience
  • Series 65 (or 63/66 or willingness to obtain)
  • Colorado Life and Health License
  • A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships
  • Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
  • Confidence leading conversations that help clients make important financial decisions
  • Motivated by helping people while achieving meaningful sales results
  • Professional presence with a high degree of emotional intelligence
