The Talent Planning team drives enterprise-wide talent strategy by delivering structured processes, tools, and insights to evaluate and develop leadership pipelines. The team ensures clear visibility into talent strength, readiness, and risk, enabling informed leadership decisions. By prioritizing strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration with stakeholders, the team supports effective talent management and development. • Direct and prioritize talent planning portfolio, setting strategies, timelines, and deliverables to meet project goals.
• Oversee performance management and change management processes, ensuring adequate staffing, resource allocation, and budget adherence of the Talent planning team.
• Lead communication strategies by engaging stakeholders, providing project updates, and managing feedback throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop and implement talent attraction, retention, and development strategies in partnership with business leaders.
• Analyze business objectives and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and support resource planning.
• Foster a culture of integrity, coaching, and continuous learning to build high-performing teams and talent pipelines.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
