WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • As a key contributor to the Talent Management team, the Talent Management Associate delivers essential administrative and coordination support across LMS, talent management processes and onboarding. This role plays a vital part in facilitating seamless onboarding experiences, program logistics, and supporting event planning efforts, all while gaining hands-on exposure to talent management strategies, organizational development tools, and practices that drive a high-performing workplace.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Assist the Sr Group Manager of Talent Management with company-wide initiatives and programs including talent/performance reviews, learning and development, and career and talent mobility.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for all new hires, including orientation scheduling, communication, integration activities, and processing of onboarding documentation such as New Hire Packets and personnel files.
  • Assist in administrative management of the Learning Management System (LMS), track course completion and send reporting to key business partners, and manage compliance training requests from stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of the new hire cultural immersion program "First Gear," including session planning, materials preparation, and follow-up coordination.
  • Occasionally facilitate onboarding sessions.
  • Plan and manage internal events such as employee appreciation days, team-building activities, leadership forums, fireside chats, town hall meetings, and company-wide celebrations.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and operational tasks to support overall business objectives.
  • Assist in development, administration, and analysis of employee feedback surveys.
  • Serve as a point of contact for department-related inquiries, responding to messages and escalating as needed.
  • Support shared inboxes on a rotating basis, routing messages appropriately and maintaining timely responses.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • This is a support position, focused on delivering day-to-day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
  • Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of talent development, learning and development, or HR experience.
  • One year of event planning and execution.
  • Automotive industry experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, oral and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Exhibit innovation, creativity and resourcefulness in decision making and problem solving.
  • Customer focused and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Knowledge of adult education principles, training methods and techniques.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Office 365.
  • Proficient with Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Audition).
  • Proficient in software authorizing tools (Articulate Storyline).
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $56,550 - $78,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
