 Associate, Talent Acquisition

Join Deloitte's Talent Acquisition (TA) organization as an Associate, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will support campus hiring efforts by coordinating recruiting activities, managing candidate processes, and helping execute the campus recruiting strategy across assigned business areas. This position works closely with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent teams to deliver a consistent candidate experience and support hiring goals.

Work you'll do

As an Associate, Talent Acquisition on the TA team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leveraging recruiting knowledge, recruitment results, and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Supporting campus recruiting activities across assigned business areas, including event planning, interview coordination, candidate communications, and offers
  • Partnering with recruiters, business stakeholders, and Talent colleagues to deliver campus hiring strategy
  • Building candidate pipelines across hiring profiles and businesses and fostering ongoing candidate relationships
  • Tracking and managing budget for recruiting activities
  • Managing candidate and school data in recruiting systems, tracking pipeline activity, and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Participating in occasional weekend travel and evening recruiting activities during busy season

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships

The team

The Talent Acquisition team collaborates with the business and across the Talent organization to provide strategic insight into the recruiting vision. The team advises on, implements, and executes the recruiting strategy, providing full lifecycle recruiting services. Teams are aligned by business and then by type of hire, campus, experienced and Partner/Principal/Managing Director/Leader recruiting.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to one of the select locations available for this role
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
  • Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Problem-solving and event-planning skills
  • Willingness to try new methodologies and approaches including embracing technology platforms and participating in our social media strategy
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and Microsoft Office tools

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,200 to 110.200.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
