Overview
The Talent Coordinator serves as the critical intersection between creative talent execution and the broader production lifecycle. This role functions as a support partner to our production teams, translating the complex, moving parts of talent logistics into actionable production timelines.
You will oversee the entire logistical lifecycle of our cast and freelance pool, from initial booking, through wrap, ensuring that scheduling aligns flawlessly with operational efficiency and production goals. We are seeking a forward-thinking coordinator who doesn't just manage calendars, but actively maps out talent logistics to protect production momentum, solve structural scheduling puzzles before they happen, and maintain the high-level trust of our cast.

Preferred Qualifications
