Job Title: Estimator – Architectural Façade / Curtain Wall Construction

Location: Portland, OR area (onsite, 4 days/week — hybrid Fridays)


Pay Rate: Up to $160,000/year, based on experience (candidates with 3–5 years typically land $115K–$120K; 10+ years of directly competitive experience will sit at the top of the range)

Overview

Our client is a leading specialty façade and curtain wall contractor serving major commercial construction projects across the country. They are seeking an Estimator to join their growing Pre-Construction & Estimating team in the Portland, OR area.


You'll work directly alongside an experienced leadership team that came up through the trades, values people who ask questions and pursue growth, and genuinely believes in work-life balance.


Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $100,000–$160,000, commensurate with experience

Requirements

  • 2+ years of estimating experience in construction (required)
  • Prior titles considered: Estimator, Junior/Assistant Estimator
  • College education and/or equivalent business experience preferred; a degree in architecture or construction management is a plus but not required if experience is strong
  • Experience with quantity takeoffs, material summaries, and cost estimate/proposal preparation
  • Ability to manage multiple bids at once
  • Façade, glazing, or curtain wall industry experience
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and estimating software (Kawneer/PartnerPak experience a bonus)
