Inside Sales SpecialistCompany Overview

A fastgrowing leader in liveevent production and experiential marketing, providing clients with innovative stage designs, immersive installations, and turnkey entertainment solutions that drive audience engagement and brand impact.

Position Summary

The Inside / Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts through a blend of remote (inside) and field (outside) sales activities. This role works closely with crossfunctional teams to align sales strategies with the companys growth objectives across multiple regional offices.

Key Responsibilities (DaytoDay Duties)
  • Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via phone, email, and inperson meetings.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cyclefrom initial contact through negotiation, contract signing, and postsale followup.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers to secure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure proposals meet client needs.
  • Track sales activities, update CRM records, and provide regular forecasts to senior leadership.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase market visibility.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to refine sales tactics.
MustHave Qualifications (Essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a highvelocity environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
