Overview

Seeking a hands-on marketing leader with deep expertise in Google Ads and analytics to take full ownership of our digital strategy. This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role, shape our online presence, and elevate our brand positioning, both in our established markets and in our growing high-end brand segment.

You’ll manage and optimize significant PPC campaigns, develop clear performance tracking, and guide our overall marketing efforts with a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution. This is a role for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making, understands branding for a professional, discerning clientele, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make things happen.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of all Google Ads campaigns, managing strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable ROI.
  • Implement robust analytics and reporting to track campaign performance, lead sources, and conversion metrics, ensuring budget efficiency and clear attribution.
  • Lead the brand strategy for both core and luxury sub-brands, crafting positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral to resonate with a high-end, professional audience.
  • Oversee website content, design updates, and user experience improvements, working with external partners as needed.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to leadership on emerging marketing opportunities, campaign adjustments, and best practices.
  • Manage select social media efforts to complement broader marketing initiatives (smaller portion of the role).
  • Ensure all marketing assets align with brand voice, style, and quality expectations.
  • Balance in-house execution with vendor management, bringing more campaign control internally where beneficial.
Qualifications
  • 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Google Ads, PPC management, and performance analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute branding strategies, particularly for professional or luxury audiences.
  • Skilled in web content management, copywriting, and creative collateral development.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Experience marketing to an audience of established professionals (e.g., finance, law, consulting, senior executives) strongly preferred.
  • Agency or in-house experience welcome, must be comfortable being a one-person marketing department.
  • Degree not required; what matters most is proven expertise, results, and the ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.
