Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications
  • Minimum 4–5+ years of proven McDonald’s multi-unit leadership experience
  • Significant tenure operating within the McDonald’s system at an organizational scale
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and sizable leadership teams
  • Strong command of P&L performance, labor management, food cost control, staffing, guest experience, and company standards
  • Deep understanding of McDonald’s systems, corporate expectations, and operating standards
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills across all levels, including leadership, ownership, and partners
  • High personal accountability and strong sense of ownership for performance results
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making in complex people and operational matters
