Overview

Talent Acquisition Lead - OnsiteLocation: Lewiston, MESchedule: Full-Time, Exempt | Monday - Friday

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a hands-on recruitment leader responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Maine and surrounding areas while maintaining an active recruiting desk in a fast-paced healthcare environment. 

The Talent Acquisition Lead serves as a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition processes and workflows while leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to attract top talent and drive hiring results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional seeking tremendous growth and leadership exposure within a rapidly evolving healthcare system. 

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager this role partners closely with hiring leaders and HR to drive sourcing strategies, lead recruitment campaigns and special projects, and support workforce planning initiatives.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
  • Develop sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines
  • Screen, interview, and advance qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategy and hiring needs
  • Support recruitment campaigns, reporting, training, and process improvement initiatives
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms to attract talent
Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience of advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • General knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, regulations and legislation; including working knowledge of employment law as it is applied to recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communications skills.
