Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mid-Level IT Recruiter at Eleven Recruiting. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, IT recruitment, hiring, and technical recruiting. The day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, managing the entire recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring teams. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
• Conducting web research/searches.
• Screening applicant resumes.
• Conducting pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.
• Resume formatting.
• Performing reference checks.
• Soliciting new clients.
• Cold-calling.
• Candidate relationship building and management.
• Participate in networking events.
• Read training materials and participate in training exercises.

Qualifications:

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills.
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with hiring teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
• Have strong reading comprehension, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop professional skills.
• You are self-motivated and unafraid to take risks and think beyond the box.
• Effective time-management abilities, organized and can follow-through.
• Share a team spirit and ability to create value in a team environment.
• Ability to positively represent Eleven Recruiting.
