Job Description:
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to OneOncology's Director, Talent Acquisition and will own the full cycle recruiting process for assigned functional areas while cultivating a strong candidate experience. This role will support OneOncology's important mission by ensuring our team is staffed from a diverse and highly qualified talent pool.
This is a hybrid position in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to create strategic staffing plans

  • Own full recruitment process including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, feedback, and offer process

  • Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships.

  • Drive a best-in-class candidate experience by acting as a career coach who cultivates long term relationships and builds a sustainable candidate pipeline

  • Develop innovative approaches for hard to fill positions

  • Participate in the development and management of our employer brand and employee value proposition

  • Provide expertise and recruiting support to our Partner Practices when needed

  • Work with the broader HR team to develop and improve processes with a focus on best practices and scalability

  • Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer

Key Competencies
  • Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with a candidate

  • Ability to form positive working relationships with hiring managers

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail.

  • Ability to source and create a diverse and inclusive candidate pool

  • Ability to "sell" the company to active and passive candidates

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment

  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and metrics

  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans

  • Proficiency in the use of social media and other digital means for sourcing candidates (i.e., LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required

  • Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred.
