The Director, Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing Food Group & Corporate is responsible for leading and executing the organization's talent acquisition strategy across Manufacturing Food Group operations and Corporate business functions. This role serves as a strategic business partner to Food Group leadership teams, Corporate Business Unit leaders, Human Resources, and executive leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership & Business Partnering
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with business leaders and HR on workforce planning.
  • Lead enterprise talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for talent acquisition.
  • Forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting solutions.
  • Lead hiring manager training on interviewing, selection & candidate experience

Leadership & Management of Talent Acquisition Team
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters.
  • Establish performance expectations and accountability measures.

Employer Branding, EVP & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Build proactive talent communities and succession pipelines.
  • Develop partnerships with colleges, universities, military organizations and professional associations.
  • Develop and promote online and offline employer branding opportunities that strengthen the organizations visibility and competitiveness in the market
  • Help define and communicate a compelling employee value proposition

Recruiting Operations Excellence
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Manufacturing Food Group and Corporate functions with focus on speed, quality, scalability, compliance and candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruiting effectiveness.
  • Standardize recruiting processes, tools, templates, interview practices and operating routines in partnership with recruiting operations.

Vendor, Budget & Cost Management
  • Build, manage and evaluate relationships with recruitment vendors, search firms, staffing partners, and recruitment technology providers.
  • Monitor recruitment spend, agency usage, sourcing investments and vendor performance.

Technology, Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Lead ATS and CRM optimization.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and dashboards.
  • Utilize recruiting analytics and labor market data.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience including leadership responsibility. Manufacturing, food production, supply chain, logistics, or related experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong leadership, workforce planning, recruiting operations, sourcing, analytics, ATS utilization, stakeholder management, communication, and technology capabilities.
