Job description

We're seeking a driven Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our anesthesia organization through strategic sourcing and recruitment of CRNAs and Anesthesiologists for PRN, locums, and full-time opportunities across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

This role is heavily focused on sourcing, relationship-building, and university engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to learn quickly while maintaining a personalized, relationship-focused candidate experience. This individual should be passionate about building pipelines of top clinical talent while being a good ambassador of our employer brand within the anesthesia community.

This position requires up to 25% travel for recruiting events, conferences, university outreach, and clinical site visits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Sourcing and recruiting with an emphasis on creating a great candidate experience
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive CRNA and Anesthesiologist candidates through outreach, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools.
• Maintain relationships with SRNA programs, universities, faculty, and students to support long-term recruiting initiatives.
• Represent the organization at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and university programs.
• Partner with hiring leaders and the Director of Talent Acquisition to execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.
• Create outreach campaigns using platforms such as Greenhouse, HireEZ, PracticeMatch, LinkedIn, and texting platforms.
• Support recruitment marketing efforts through social media engagement, online job promotion, and employer branding initiatives.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain recruiting activity, candidate documentation, and reporting within Greenhouse ATS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting clinical providers.
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
  • Ability to manage high-volume sourcing activity while maintaining strong candidate relationships and attention to detail.
  • Experience using recruiting technologies, social media, and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting CRNAs and/or Anesthesiologists.
  • Experience recruiting PRN, locums, or 1099 providers.
  • Experience with conferences, events, university relations or campus recruiting.
  • Experience working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
