Performance Home Medical operates 24 branches across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Texas. As we continue to grow nationwide, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Talent Manager to join our Human Resources team. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will serve as the company’s full-cycle recruiter, owning the hiring process from job ad creation through offer acceptance for every open role. Partners closely with hiring managers to understand team goals, role requirements, and business priorities, sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through each stage of the selection process. Acts as a coach and trusted advisor to hiring managers, helping them run effective, consistent interviews and make sound hiring decisions. You will serve as the administrator of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the HR department with new hire onboarding when availability allows. Works closely in collaboration with hiring managers across the organization, with strong communication with senior administration.
Essential job functions will include:
- Partners with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team goals, and business priorities, and crafts accurate, compelling job advertisements.
- Sources qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
- Screens resumes and conducts phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit.
- Manages candidates through every stage of the selection process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer preparation.
- Maintains a high level of use, knowledge, and function of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as it relates to sourcing, screening, and other functions performed by the department.
- Maintains a high level of understanding & knowledge of the labor market, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices to support competitive, effective hiring.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition records within the ATS.
- Immediately addresses any delays or issues in the hiring process, alerting hiring managers and senior leadership of any issues surrounding open requisitions.
- Answers recruiting and hiring process questions for candidates, hiring managers, and coworkers.
- Works closely with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval to offer acceptance.
- Maintains a high level of knowledge and understanding of employment trends and hiring needs across all departments within the organization.
- Follows Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines as well as State and Federal employment regulations
- Ensures all recruiting practices and job postings comply with state, local and federal standards.
- Works with hiring managers and HR leadership to implement recruiting policies and procedures.
- Oversees and monitors compliance of recruiting policies and interview processes.
- Oversees the full candidate pipeline and reports on recruiting metrics and hiring progress
- Coordinates communication between hiring managers and candidates such as monitoring interview feedback affecting time-to-fill and hiring efficiency.
- Directs preparation of updates outlining changes to recruiting practices, tools, or workflows to be implemented.
- Coaches hiring managers on interview techniques, structured hiring practices, and evaluation of candidates to develop and control hiring outcomes.
- Supports the HR department with new hire onboarding tasks and logistics when availability allows.

Education / Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally as a sole or lead recruiter; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience designing and implementing talent management strategies and enhancing ATS systems, Paycom experience a plus.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent recruiting certification a plus.
