Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Talent Acquisition Manager:

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads the organization's talent acquisition strategy and full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role manages a team of recruiters, partners with business leaders on workforce planning, and leverages Workday, analytics, and strategic sourcing strategies to support organizational growth. Healthcare recruiting experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce plans.
  • Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs and build proactive recruiting pipelines for critical positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while establishing performance expectations and recruiting metrics.
  • Serve as the Workday ATS subject matter expert, optimizing recruiting workflows, reporting, and user adoption.
  • Analyze and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and cost per hire.
  • Manage recruitment vendors, agency partnerships, and related budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience within a healthcare organization, including full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
  • 3+ years of recruiting leadership and people management experience.
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a high-growth or complex environment.
  • Strong Workday ATS experience, including system administration, reporting, and recruiting workflow optimization.
