Responsibilities

The Human Resources Coordinator is an entry-level Human Resources professional responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Corporate Human Resources team. This position assists with the coordination of Human Resources programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including employee records management, HRIS administration, benefits support, performance management administration, employee engagement initiatives, and compliance activities. Serving as a key resource for employees, the Human Resources Coordinator delivers exceptional customer service, maintains accurate and confidential records, and supports Human Resources initiatives that promote a positive employee experience. Working collaboratively with Corporate Human Resources, Market Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business leaders, this role helps ensure Human Resources processes are administered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies, organizational objectives, and Ezee Fiber's core values of Accountability, Collaboration, Integrity, and Compassion.


Qualifications

• Assist with general HR tasks such as maintaining employee records, tracking attendance, and preparing HR-related reports.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
• Provide HR guidance on policies, benefits, and inquiries to all department
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Responsible for processing terminations in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records.
• Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.
• Manage the planning and execution of employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and company events.
• Assist with communications related to engagement initiatives, ensuring employees are informed and excited about upcoming events as well as manage the Human Resources calendar
• Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and market Human Resources
• Manage and conduct new hire orientation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
