Responsibilities

Drives and enhances the talent strategy for the customers we serve, including leading talent identification and assessment activities, retention planning, succession planning, and development efforts for our employees.  Leads a dynamic team of talent acquisition recruiters in attracting and selecting qualified candidates, and in providing excellent service to both our internal and external customers; supports the hospital's mission, values and department's strategic plan. 

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field is required.  May be offset by 8 years of relevant and substantial work experience in leading a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Six (6) years of full life-cycle recruitment experience, HR experience or Customer Service experience, including two (2) years of demonstrated managerial/leadership experience overseeing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • PREFERRED

     

  • Significant experience in the design, development and implementation of recruiting procedures, policies, tools, metrics, etc.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities to proactively anticipate and resolve issues and manage initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data.
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Strong people acumen, organizational agility, strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
