The Mission:

We are building an elite, 3-person tactical recruitment team to execute a massive hiring sprint.


Your collective mission:

  • Source, screen, and onboard 300 entry-level Assembly Technicians over the next 90 days.
  • While you and your recruiting teammates will operate out of our professional, climate-controlled office, the roles you are filling are on the front lines.
  • The production floor is hot, heavy, and grueling.
  • If you know how to paint an honest, compelling picture of hard physical work, filter for true resilience, and collaborate with a tight-knit team to hit massive targets, we want you on our squad.


Responsibilities

  • The Power of Three: Divide and conquer. You will collaborate daily with 3 other high-volume recruiters to share pipelines, coordinate massive hiring events, and cross-cover interviews.
  • The Truth-Telling: Conduct high-volume screening calls that act as a "reality check." You must be adept at filtering out candidates who want an office job, ensuring only those who can handle a hot, fast-paced industrial floor make it to orientation.
  • The Engine: Build and manage a massive talent pipeline using ATS automation, text-recruit campaigns, and local community partnerships to hit a team average of 25+ hires per week.
  • The Funnel: Track your metrics like a hawk. You know exactly how many applicants it takes to get an interview, and you work with your team to plug any leaks in the onboarding pipeline.
