About the Team

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)'s mission is to reduce extended enterprise risk at Vanguard. We protect Vanguard through our stewardship of the third-party risk lifecycle and enable strategic, risk informed decisions.Within TPRM Strategy and Governance, the Technology Strategy team owns theServiceNow TPRM module, which enables Vanguard's third-party riskmanagementlifecycle-from onboarding through ongoing monitoring and governance.

As a TPRM Product Manager,you'llplay a key role in shaping how TPRM technology capabilities evolve, support enterprise transformation priorities,and deliver meaningful improvements in how Vanguard manages third-party risk.

This is a hands-on role with strong cross-functional exposure.You'llwork closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, architects, and delivery teams to continuously enhance TPRM capabilities and deliver solutions that simplify complex risk processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Ownthe roadmap, OKRs, and backlog for the ServiceNow TPRM module

  • Translate business strategy into prioritized product outcomes within the TPRM domain

  • Prioritize enhancements, defects, technical improvements, and BAU work in partnership with IT delivery teams

  • Drive day-to-day product decisions across the TPRM module and its integrations with other enterprise systems

  • Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Procurement, Legal,andothersto understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions

  • Develop a deep understanding of user pain points and use data, feedback, and operational metrics to improveproductexperience

  • Define and monitor success metrics, adoption, and outcomes to ensure delivered capabilities achieve intended value

  • Identifyopportunities toleverageworkflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and modern ServiceNow features to improve efficiency and user experience

  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new capabilities

  • Champion Agile product management practices and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience owning enterprise products

  • Strong Agile product management experience with ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Experience supporting organizational change and driving adoption of technology capabilities

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and prioritization

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Excellent relationship management skills with ability to influence across a complex enterprise

  • Outstanding communication skills with experience engaging both technical teams and senior stakeholders

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platformsis a plus

  • Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management or related domains is a plus
