Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via our secure online platform, ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to all ethical guidelines.
• Assess client needs through detailed interviews and assessments to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate ongoing client progress through regular sessions, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate proactively with other mental health professionals and specialists as necessary, ensuring comprehensive care for all clients.
• Regularly engage in professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at TMF Mental Healthcare Center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from varied socio-economic backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required for this role.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and facilitating effective therapeutic relationships.
• A strong understanding of various mental health disorders and treatment approaches.
• Proficiency in using technology and platforms for remote therapy sessions is a must.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing individual therapy and counseling services in an outpatient setting.

• Prior experience with teletherapy or digital health platforms is a significant advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and dedication in the field.
