Job description

Efficiently supervise the day-to-day operation of our title storage facility and employees including pulling, receiving, scanning, and shipping titles to meet our key performance metrics on little turn time.

Starting salary is $61k; commensurate with experience. 

A Day in the Life: 

This role directly supports our vehicle acquisitions and car sales processes. The Supervisor is responsible to adhering to our required timelines to ship titles after vehicles are sold, filing titles when vehicles are purchased and responding to title-related requests via the ticketing system and/or email. This role has an impact on financial performance, government compliance, ABS compliance, operations and customer experience.
 

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure all processes have updated documentation and process maps to support and train team.
  • Own and ensure efficiencies of process for titles - incoming, scanning, filing, storing, pulling, assignments and mailing
  • Manage Ticketing System & Shared Inbox to ensure responses are timely
  • Support and guide team to get answers to issues to reduce cost and improve utilization
  • Own and drive direction to team on daily priorities of work to be completed
  • Review processes on a regular basis to look for opportunities to improve
  • Encourages and maintains a 'Best practice sharing culture', always striving to find ways to improve service and change mindset
  • Ensure titles are properly stored in fireproof cabinets and locked at end of each day
  • Own and maintain the rules and regulations for proper title reassignments based on sales channel
  • Assist in providing necessary document for Side Car Audit to show proof vehicles has correct title owner name, lienholder name and titles are received
     

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Titles required
  • 2+ Years of experience leading a team and/or the title and registration process for rental, fleet or car dealership required
  • Knowledge of Hertz EAM system preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Ability to set priorities as well as handle multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented, must be very accurate and able to pay attention to details
  • Must be an independent worker and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Team builder, positive employee mentor and Supervisor
  • Ability to manage/drive projects to success
