Qualifications
  • Read, write, speak and understand English
  • Hotel, institutional, HVAC systems experience of 3-4 years preferred
  • Refrigeration, HVAC certification or journeyman level experience
  • Previous management or supervisory experience of 3-5 years
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, emergency, preventative maintenance systems and all related disciplines
  • Basic computer skills, administrative skills
  • Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other employees
  • Valid driver's license preferred
