Location: St. Louis, Missouri (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
This role provides Level 4 product support leadership for applications and platforms within the Physical Security Operations Portfolio. The position requires experience with physical security systems, including Access Control, Video Surveillance (VMS), Intrusion & Weapons Detection, and Visitor Management technologies. The role also involves project coordination and management for enterprise deployments and lifecycle initiatives in healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily engagement and leadership for the support, iteration, build, deployment, and upgrade of video surveillance platforms.
  • Lead and support project implementation activities, including planning, coordination, status reporting, risk identification, and deployment readiness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, peers, developers, project managers, and vendors to design and implement software and security devices.
  • Create clear documentation for education, knowledge sharing, and procedural requirements.
  • Work with vendors and technology partners to resolve escalated technical issues and implement system updates.
  • Support enterprise project execution through scheduling, implementation tracking, testing validation, and operational transition planning.
  • Consult on the strategic oversight of system design for future considerations.
  • On-call availability is a requirement of this position.
  • Travel to different sites will be required.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 3 or more years of work experience with security surveillance and video management applications and platforms, specifically Genetec Video Surveillance, Avigilon VMS, and unified access control systems.
Technical Skills:
  • Experience with enterprise-grade access control systems such as Honeywell Pro-Watch, AMAG Symmetry, Genetec Security Center/Synergis, and Avigilon Unity Access. This includes hands-on experience with configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of access points, HL7 interfacing, card readers, biometrics, and controllers.
  • Expertise with Video Management Systems (VMS) like Milestone XProtect, Genetec Security Center/Omnicast, and Avigilon Control Center, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integration.
  • Understanding of network administration, security technologies, IP cameras, wireless networks, encryption, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, cabling, data transmission, and security protocols.

Project Management: Demonstrated project management experience supporting enterprise technology deployments, including vendor coordination, operational readiness, issue/risk tracking, and timeline management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting multiple concurrent projects within a healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated exposure to working and collaborating with operational leaders in a hospital environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare governance, change management, and implementation methodologies.
