Experience with Policy Admin Systems implementation preferably Duck Creek 

Strong P & C insurance background with emphasis in Policy Administration system portfolio. 

Knowledge of Systems is a big plus (Genius, Atlas, PCW etc.) 

Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite products (including Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Word) 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Admonitory, or other related field or equivalent work experience. 

3 - 5 years in an IT Business Analyst role. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written 

Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Multi-tasking skills 

Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills 

Superior written and verbal communication 

Experience in working with consulting partners and/or working in a outsources IT environment 

Working in a team environment 

Ability to travel as needed
